ketteQ is a SaaS based supply chain planning and automation platform built on Salesforce. We are looking for extremely strong Integration Architects to add to our growing team in India. The Integration architect will be responsible for technical design and implementation of our supply chain solutions.  If you are high-energy, motivated, initiative-taking individual then this could be a great opportunity for you. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead technical discussions with customer teams during business requirements, data architecture, technical infrastructure sessions
  • Support sales teams in technical discussion with customers
  • Document mapping & system specifications addressing data & integration requirements  
  • Provide creative technology solutions to complex business scenarios while maintaining best practices
  • Design, build or configure advanced ingestion pipelines that will schedule jobs, data quality checks and connect/transform/load data that is specific to customer’s business & system landscape
  • Automate data management and data validation activities that includes error handling, notifications as part of end-to-end integration of the solution.
  • Take technical ownership to deployment the solution, integration testing and support program/project management through user acceptance & Go-live
  • Collaborate with Pre-sales team by supporting in technical discussions & demo activities.


  • 10+ years of experience in technical implementation of Supply Chain Management software
  • High degree of proficiency working with Databases. Experience in ANSI/PostgreSQL covering DDL, DML, stored procedures, triggers, and performance tuning is a MUST
  • Excellent understanding of data and hands on experience pre-processing and transforming big data datasets
  • Strong expertise working with ETL tools such as Talend, OWB, SSIS, SAP Data Services etc. Experience with Talend will be given preference.
  • Practical experience integrating with a variety of enterprise class ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, JD Edwards, etc
  • Technical skills such as SQL, Java,  AWS, Webservices, REST APIs
  • Salesforce and Tableau experience a plus
  • Have exposure to all stages of SDLC
  • Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, time management and customer relationship skills.
  • Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to lead projects and mentor junior resources
  • Willing to work in a flextime work environment to support projects for clients in different time zones
