With decades of experience transforming how businesses plan, operate, and grow, Mike has built a career at the intersection of innovation, technology, and operational excellence. Before joining ketteQ, he served as SVP and Global Leader of the Supply Chain Service Line at Genpact, driving large-scale transformation for global enterprises. He previously led North American operations for Barkawi Management Consultants and, earlier in his career, founded Servigistics (now part of PTC), establishing it as the market leader in service parts planning and pricing solutions used by over 100 companies worldwide.
Mike’s expertise and vision help ketteQ empower organizations to move beyond legacy systems and embrace proactive, AI-driven planning that adapts in real time to any challenge. He holds a BS in Computer Science from Georgia Tech and an MBA in Economics from Georgia State University.
