Some people wear capes. Others carry clipboards, spreadsheets, and ERP dashboards.

Supply chain planners are the unsung heroes who keep the global economy in motion. They ensure products get where they need to go when they need to be there through trade wars, tariffs, storms, shortages, delays, and disruptions. They don't get the spotlight, but they deserve it. And at ketteQ, we believe it's time they were recognized for what they are: supply chain superheroes.

That inspired the visual you see above: our tribute to the everyday planner who juggles complexity, adapts in real-time, and solves problems that most people never even see. It's also what drives everything we're building at ketteQ.

Our goal is simple but bold: empower supply chain planners to do their best work by surrounding them with the intelligence, automation, and support they need to thrive.

Agentic AI: Built to Empower, Not Replace

I've seen too many tech companies treat AI agents like a silver bullet meant to replace human decision-making. But the supply chain is different. It's nuanced, contextual, and constantly evolving, so we believe the future lies in replacing planners and amplifying them.

That's where agentic AI comes in. Our AI doesn't just crunch data; it acts like a co-pilot, learning, adapting, and executing tasks in the background, always under the direction of the planner. Think of it as giving every planner their squad of intelligent digital assistants analyzing scenarios, sensing economic signals, automating time-consuming workflows, and embedding recommendations directly in their planning environment.

The result? Planners can move faster, plan smarter, and make better decisions for their companies, their customers, and the supply chains they touch worldwide.

Why This Moment Matters

The pressure on planners has never been higher, and the talent pool has never been tighter.

Kirsten Watson, former EVP Global Marketing at Kinaxis, recently posted, "The Supply Chain Talent Shortage is Getting Worse—AI Can Bridge the Gap," a message that resonated deeply with me. She nailed it: we're asking more of our planners than ever before, but we're not giving them the tools, support, or recognition they deserve. The pipeline of new talent isn't growing fast enough, and the complexity of the role continues to increase. That's a problem, and it's one we have the opportunity (and responsibility) to solve. asking more of our planners than ever before, but we're not giving them the tools, support, or recognition they deserve. The pipeline of new talent isn't growing fast enough, and the complexity of the role continues to increase. That's a problem, and it's one we have the opportunity (and responsibility) to solve.

That's why we're building solutions that don't just deliver data; they provide confidence.

That's why we're embedding GenAI in the planner's natural workflow, not as a novelty but as a necessity. And that's why we're calling out what supply chain professionals truly are: superheroes.

Being a Hero Doesn't Mean Going It Alone

Even superheroes need sidekicks, tools, and community. That's what we're offering at ketteQ: a partner in your corner, helping you see what's coming, automate the mundane, and elevate the important.

We're proud of what we've built. But more importantly, we're proud of the people we make it for.

To every planner out there grinding late nights, solving impossible problems, and holding global supply chains together — we see you. We're with you. And we've got your back.

You're not just a planner. You're a superhero.
