As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced consulting and transformation leader to join our Delivery organization as a Business Architect. This role is ideal for a strategic, customer-facing professional who combines deep supply chain expertise with strong implementation leadership and relationship management skills.

This is a strategic client delivery and transformation leadership role with opportunity to expand customer impact over time. You will lead complex customer engagements, guide solution strategy and deployment, and serve as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders throughout their transformation journey.

You’ll work alongside an experienced team supporting large global brands in a fast-paced, collaborative, andinnovation-driven environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead deployment of AI-enabled supply chain planning and orchestration solutions across demand, inventory, supply, distribution, and production planning use cases
  • Serve as the primary strategic advisor and delivery lead for customer implementations, ensuring successful business outcomes and long-term customer success
  • Partner with client business and technology stakeholders to assess current-state planning processes and design future-state operating models
  • Translate complex business requirements into scalable solution designs and implementation strategies
  • Guide customers through solution ideation, process transformation, implementation, testing, user adoption, and go-live activities
  • Build trusted relationships with executive and operational stakeholders across customer organizations
  • Identify opportunities to expand customer value through additional use cases, capabilities, and platform adoption over time
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams to improve implementation methodologies and influence product direction
  • Support creation of detailed solution design documentation including integrations, workflows, architecture considerations, and data flows
  • Provide leadership and oversight to project teams during implementation engagements
  • Support issue resolution and risk mitigation throughout the implementation lifecycle
  • Create and deliver customer-facing workshops, training materials, and solution demonstrations
  • Stay current on emerging trends in supply chain planning, AI, and digital transformation

Requirements

Qualifications / Skills / Competencies

  • 8+ years of experience deploying Supply Chain Management software solutions with focus on Supply Chain Planning, including Demand Planning, Inventory Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, Distribution Planning, or Production Planning
  • Strong consulting background with experience leading enterprise transformation or implementation programs
  • Deep understanding of supply chain operations within manufacturing and/or service-based industries
  • Proven ability to translate business challenges into practical technology-enabled solutions
  • Executive presence with strong customer-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience leading complex client engagements and managing cross-functional project teams
  • Demonstrated ability to build long-term customer relationships and identify opportunities for expanded business impact
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Technical fluency with enterprise applications, integrations, data structures, and cloud-based platforms
  • Understanding of AI and machine learning applications within supply chain planning environments
  • Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and project management tools
  • Knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL), JSON, XML, or Python is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Self-starter mindset with comfort operating in fast-moving, evolving environments
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred

Preferred Certifications

  • PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, CSM, or related project management certifications
  • Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt
  • SQL or Data Platform certifications
