Demand Generation & Field Marketing Manager

We’re seeking an experienced, strategic and hands-on Demand Generation & Field Marketing Manager to help us achieve our growth objectives by building integrated programs that engage priority accounts, generate qualified pipeline and create measurable business impact.

As ketteQ continues to redefine supply chain planning through adaptive planning, advanced AI and real-time decision-making, this role will own demand generation and field marketing across account-based marketing, email and nurture programs, paid and partner programs, webinars, industry events, executive experiences and other channels. The Demand Generation & Field Marketing Manager will work closely with Sales and partner across digital and social media, brand, product, customer marketing, PR and website development to bring integrated campaigns to market.

This position requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, analytics, creativity, project management and hands-on execution. The right candidate will be equally comfortable building a campaign strategy, working in HubSpot, partnering with Sales, analyzing pipeline performance and leading a high-impact executive event.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute an integrated demand generation and field marketing strategy aligned with ketteQ’s growth and pipeline objectives.
  • Own multi-channel campaigns across email, paid media, content syndication, account-based marketing, webinars, events and other channels.
  • Develop audience segmentation and targeting strategies for priority industries, personas and named accounts.
  • Build nurture and lifecycle programs designed to move prospects from initial engagement through qualified opportunity.
  • Partner closely with Sales on target account selection, campaign activation, lead follow-up and opportunity progression.
  • Own ketteQ’s field marketing strategy across industry conferences, tradeshows, executive dinners, webinars and other ketteQ-hosted programs.
  • Establish clear audience, engagement and pipeline objectives for field programs and develop integrated pre-event, onsite and post-event strategies to maximize return on investment.
  • Manage event and campaign budgets, vendors, sponsorships and execution, with logistical support from the Marketing Assistant.
  • Own campaign execution and performance within HubSpot and partner with Sales and operations resources to maintain alignment with Salesforce.
  • Track marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline, campaign conversion and ROI, and use performance data to continuously optimize programs.
  • Partner with the Digital & Social Media Manager on digital activation, content distribution and social amplification; with the Brand Designer on creative; with the PR agency on earned media and customer stories; and with the website development partner on campaign landing pages and web needs.
  • Help establish scalable demand generation, lead management and campaign processes as ketteQ continues to grow.
  • Provide direction and mentorship to the Marketing Coordinator on relevant campaign and event execution.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably within enterprise SaaS, technology or another complex B2B environment
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing demand generation programs that contribute to qualified pipeline
  • Experience with field marketing, including tradeshows, conferences, executive events and/or webinars
  • Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce or comparable marketing automation and CRM platforms
  • Experience developing multi-channel and account-based marketing programs
  • Strong understanding of the B2B buyer journey, lead lifecycle and Sales/Marketing handoff
  • Experience measuring campaign performance, conversion, pipeline contribution and ROI
  • Strong analytical, project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to operate strategically while remaining highly hands-on
  • Self-starter with a “get it done” personality and strong results orientation

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

  • Prior enterprise SaaS marketing experience
  • Experience marketing to senior executives and enterprise buying committees
  • Experience with supply chain, manufacturing, enterprise software or related markets
  • Experience building ABM programs targeting named enterprise accounts
  • Experience with paid media, content syndication and integrated digital campaigns
  • Experience managing event and campaign budgets
  • Experience working within a high-growth or venture-backed technology company
