When we first formed the Executive Advisory Board (EAB) at ketteQ in 2023, the idea was simple: surround ourselves with experienced supply chain leaders who could help ensure we were building something real and fundamentally different--something that solves actual problems operators face every day. We did it with one goal in mind: to stay grounded in the realities of operating a global supply chain. We knew we needed trusted voices: the people who had been there, to help us build something truly innovative, useful, usable, and impactful.

Today, I’m proud and humbled) to share that we’ve expanded that board in a big way. We’ve just welcomed seven remarkable new members to the ketteQ Executive Advisory Board, and I couldn’t be more grateful.

This group brings an incredible depth of operational experience from companies like Georgia-Pacific, Carrier, Dell, Clorox, Lexmark, Coca-Cola, and many more. They’ve led transformations. They’ve weathered supply shocks. They’ve aligned operations and IT. And most importantly, they’ve delivered results at scale.

Here are the new members joining our EAB:

  • Jeff Fleck – Former Chief Supply Chain Officer at Georgia-Pacific and current CSCO at Quaker Houghton.
  • Matt Douglas – VP Strategic Planning at Airxcel, former Global VP of Supply Chain at NETGEAR, Mini-Circuits, and Crestron Electronics.
  • Kristen LeBaron – VP Strategic Planning and Implementation at Airxcel
  • Frank Borovsky – Former head of IT and CX at Club Car and Ricoh, and VP of Industrial Manufacturing at Salesforce.
  • Tonya Jackson – Former CSCO and Chief Product Delivery Officer at Lexmark, current board member and advisor across several organizations.
  • Kirsten Watson – Former EVP Global Marketing at Kinaxis, where she helped shape the brand for over two decades.
  • Gary Brooks – Former CMO at Syncron and EVP Global Marketing at Servigistics, most recently CMO at ketteQ.

We’re also excited to officially announce that Rick McDonald, former CSCO at Global Supply Chain at The Clorox Company has been appointed Chairman of the EAB. Rick has been with us since the earliest days of the company and has played a key role in shaping our thinking and our platform.

As Rick recently shared:

ketteQ is enabling something truly new in supply chain planning—and doing it with the speed and simplicity the industry has long needed. This board brings the operator’s voice to the table to ensure ketteQ stays focused on delivering real business results. I’m proud to help lead this group as we guide the company into its next chapter.”

Rick’s words get right to the heart of why the EAB exists. This isn’t a marketing tool; it’s a hands-on, working group. A force multiplier. A sounding board that ensures we stay focused on what really matters to supply chain professionals navigating complexity, change, and opportunities to deliver measurable value every single day.

I also want to express my sincere thanks to our original advisors whose support and insights helped shape the foundation of our solution platform and our vision. You’ve made a lasting impact on ketteQ’s journey, and we’re deeply grateful.

The value this board has already delivered has been profound. And with this expansion following our $20M Series B and the launch of our next-generation agentic AI solver, PolymatiQ™—I believe our best chapters are still ahead.

To our new EAB members: thank you for joining us. To our longtime advisors: thank you for the guidance, encouragement, and real-world wisdom you continue to share. And to our customers and partners: we’re more committed than ever to building the tools and technology that help you succeed.

Let’s keep moving forward—together.
