We’re seeking a talented, curious, motivated and detail-oriented marketing specialist to help us achieve our growth objectives which include generating sales pipeline, developing a world-class brand, building a community of strong customer advocates, enabling our global sales team and achieving sales and marketing operational excellence.

This role is responsible for managing and contributing to cross function marketing projects, programs and initiatives from demand campaigns, events and webinars to managing our sales and marketing database and serving as our go-to expert for Salesforce and HubSpot. Our Marketing Specialist will work closely with members of our sales, product, marketing communications, demand generation and customer marketing, leadership and other teams to achieve our quantitative and qualitative marketing goals.

This position requires a unique blend of technical, creative, analytic, project management and communication skills.

Duties & Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

  • Support the marketing and sales teams in executing campaigns, programs, and initiatives that drive measurable results.
  • Assist in planning and executing events, trade shows, and webinars that showcase ketteQ’s vision and solutions.
  • Manage and coordinate relationships with third-party contractors, vendors, and service providers.
  • Maintain and manage prospect and customer data, ensuring accuracy across Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Contribute to the design and execution of demand generation campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Own and manage ketteQ’s presence on third-party platforms (e.g., Gartner Peer Insights, G2, and others), ensuring listings are accurate, updated, and optimized to highlight customer advocacy and thought leadership.
  • Serve as a go-to resource for marketing operations and automation, helping optimize workflows and tools.
  • Support daily activities that keep the marketing team running smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years marketing experience  
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, public relations, journalism or business  
  • Experience serving as Salesforce and HubSpot  
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience designing and executing demand generation campaigns  
  • Expert oral and written communications skill
  • Self-starter with a “get it done” personality
  • Strong results orientation

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

  • Prior SaaS marketing experience  
  • Graphic design (Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva)
  • SEO/SEM knowledge
  • Event planning
