Project Manager

About the Job

ketteQ is an AI-powered supply chain planning platform that helps organizations make faster, smarter planning decisions through adaptive automation, real-time visibility, and advanced analytics. Our cloud-based SaaS solution enables global companies to optimize inventory, demand planning, production, and supply chain performance in an increasingly complex world.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Project Manager who takes full ownership of enterprise software implementations from kickoff through go-live. This individual will be accountable for project scope, schedule, budget, and successful customer outcomes, while confidently leading customer engagements, managing competing priorities, and making difficult decisions to keep projects on track.  In this role, you'll partner with some of the world's leading brands while working alongside an experienced team of supply chain and technology professionals. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy solving complex problems, and take pride in delivering successful customer implementations, we'd love to hear from you.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end delivery of customer implementation projects, with accountability for project scope, timeline, budget, and successful execution.
  • Own project scope throughout the engagement by evaluating requested changes, enforcing formal change order processes, and ensuring additional work is appropriately documented, approved, and budgeted before execution.
  • Partner with Solution Architects and implementation consultants to translate business requirements into scalable solution designs.
  • Exercise project leadership by escalating risks early, making recommendations to executive stakeholders, and pausing or stopping work when project success, scope, budget, or customer commitments are at risk.
  • Develop, own, and actively manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, and budgets, ensuring projects remain on schedule and within agreed scope.
  • Lead customer meetings, manage project communications, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary authority for project governance by actively managing scope, identifying risks, enforcing change control, and driving timely resolution of issues that impact delivery.
  • Own cross-functional teams to ensure successful software configuration, testing, and implementation activities.
  • Drive documenting business processes, use cases, functional requirements, and implementation deliverables.
  • Lead in developing solution documentation, training materials, and customer enablement resources.
  • Own the resolution of implementation challenges while maintaining a positive customer experience.
  • Contribute reusable implementation assets, documentation, and best practices that improve delivery quality and efficiency.
  • Travel: Up to 20% for customer meetings and implementation activities, as needed

Requirements

  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience implementing Supply Chain Management, ERP, or other enterprise SaaS software solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience owning enterprise software implementation projects with accountability for scope, schedule, budget, and customer outcomes.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proven experience managing project financials, enforcing scope boundaries, and negotiating change orders with customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders, manage difficult customer conversations, and make decisions that protect project success.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with global customers and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong customer-facing presence and the ability to build trusted relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work flexible hours when driving globally distributed customers.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project preferred.
  • Familiarity with SQL, Python, APIs, cloud technologies, or enterprise system integrations is a plus.
  • Experience leveraging AI-enabled productivity tools to improve project planning, documentation, analysis, or delivery is a plus.
